What is Evolve?

Evolve offers flexible offices in more than 15 different locations in Norway - more than 10 of these office centers are in the Oslo area. With us, you can rent your own office that only you have access to, or office space in an open landscape with other companies. All meeting rooms are included. The same applies to furniture and all operating and common costs such as electricity, cleaning and internet.

Who is Evolve?

We specialize in providing excellent and flexible office spaces. Sustainability guides our choices in locations, buildings, design, furniture, and fixtures. We offer your company an office where you can grow without compromising on flexibility or facing uncertainty. By offering ongoing agreements with short notice periods, you avoid committing to long-term leases. Additionally, we provide predictability by including everything in one price.

Why is Evolve so affordable?

As you share common facilities such as meeting rooms and social zones, you help to make the use of the areas in the room more efficient, which in turn gives you a lot for your money. Evolve is a kind of sharing economy for the office market.

Are there any hidden costs or fees?

All furniture as well as all operating and common costs such as electricity, cleaning, internet, coffee, printing, etc. are included in the rental price. You pay one price without any surprises.

Does it cost to use the meeting rooms?

No, meeting rooms are included in the price.

Flexibility

Are meeting rooms often busy?

At each center there are both bookable meeting rooms and meeting rooms that you can drop into without booking. There will therefore always be a free meeting room for you!

Can I use meeting rooms at centers in other cities?

Yes. All meeting rooms at all Evolve centers are easily booked through the website / app.

How do I get into the building?

You get your own access card or access in one common app.

Leases

What is the binding time?

With our Flex subscription, the notice period is one month, while for our Team and Base solutions, the notice period is three months.

How long is the notice period?

The standard notice period is 3 months and 1 month. (flex) unless otherwise agreed.

Do I have to share an office with others?

You can choose between having your own lockable office that only you and your company have access to or sitting in an open landscape with several companies.

How big is a lockable team office in m2?

Our team offices are calculated based on how many people you are. A lockable team office runs from 10 m2 (1-2 pers.) And up to several 100 m2 (Enterprise). Contact one of our portfolio managers to tailor a solution to their needs.

Can I bring my own furniture?

State-of-the-art furniture with a high standard is included in the rental price. We can adapt the office if you have special needs. You only need to bring your PC, everything else is arranged and ready!
