At Løren, there is more than just an office 🪴

It is barely two years since Evolve first opened the doors to the new and fresh premises at Løren, on the second floor of the top modern office building, Parallell.

Flexistore chose an office at Evolve Løren

‍

At Evolve Løren you can meet Christian Hanssen. He is the general manager of Flexistore, which runs app-controlled mini-warehouses, with the nearest store just a stone's throw down the street. Christian can say that he and his colleagues are very satisfied after using the offices here since July 2021.

"I live in Lillestrøm myself, so when we first have offices in Oslo, Løren is perfect. It is very nice with all the meeting rooms. If we had the same product and rented everything myself, then it would have been something completely different. We get a lot for our money here.”

He highlights centrality as the most important reason why the election fell on Løren. They also use the local area actively and say that they are going to a birthday party at Økern Portal later in the day. Christian is becoming well known in the local area and says that Løren has undergone a very positive change.

"It has become much nicer. There are more people than there were just a few years ago. There are cozy side streets, with kindergartens and those opportunities. Parking is also never difficult. In addition, you have the subway right on the downside here."

Christian talks about growth plans, and that they are looking forward to grow in our offices at Løren.

“It is super central. Another thing I have to brag about is the roof terrace in the summer", concludes Christian.

How to get there!

‍

If you live east of Oslo, Evolve Løren is a way to Oslo's big city feel, without having to go all the way to Ring 1.

However, should you need a meeting room in the city centre, you have access to all our centers as a tenant at Evolve. (see all our locations in the city center HERE).

The office is located right next to the Økern collective hub. In 10 minutes you are in the center of Oslo from the subway stops at Hasle or Løren. If you take the car, there is a clear exit from Ring 3/E6 and Østre Aker vei.

‍

Parking is also not an issue. There are garage facilities at Vinslottet, Løren Torg parking lot, Lørenlunden parking lot, as well as at our good neighbor Økern Portal. The nearest (outdoor) parking can be found directly across the footbridge - at the Økern Center 🅿️

There are also good bus connections in all directions, with the nearest bus stops being Økern, Haslevangen and Lørenvangen.

If you are going to Oslo Airport, the airport bus express will take you there in just 40 minutes. ✈️

🌳 Some fresh air between meetings?

Hovinparken 🎣

Hovinparken is a nice park for recreation and a little walk in the fresh air for both two- and four-legged friends, delightfully located just down the bend from the office.

Vinslottet

The architectural icon and the wine monopoly's old factory premises have been turned into the Vinslottet shopping center. Here you will find most things - and the Hasle Linie Gastropub with board games, shuffleboard, and darts is probably the perfect place to celebrate a round of work well done. 🎯 On the other side of the street, Stykke is now open, with an exciting wine and pizza-slice concept! 🍕

🏋️‍♂️ Activities and Fitness Center

Labor Day undeniably takes the cake on the calendar. But we know that there are many other things that you would also like to include to be satisfied with your week. So to make the logistics in the solitaire easier, we think it is an advantage if the training can be done without too much transport between the stages.

💪Sterk Løren

The center is a few minutes walks away and can tempt you with personal training in small groups, a premium room, more free coffee (hooray), and up to two hours of free parking (in our experience, you rarely need anything more for a good session 🤸‍♀️ ).

In addition to a good and tidy fitness center, with good service. They also have no lock-in period, if you want to try something different.

🏃 Sats Hasle

Sats probably need no introduction in a training context. Only a stone's throw down the road is Sats above Hasle Torg (where you also have everything you need from shops, pharmacies, and liquor stores). Sats offers everything from strength, to fitness, and group training. We can only recommend the group class, Indoor Running. Free parking, for 1.5 hours.

🎾 Tennis

Oslo Tennis Arena is a fantastic tennis arena and is only 900 meters from Evolve's office in Løren, in the direction of Hasle subway station. Here you can play tennis, exercise, or how about trying super fun paddle tennis? The facility consists of 9 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, a gym, office, and course rooms, modern changing rooms, a cafeteria, a tennis shop, and staffed reception.
